The PS '65 is inspired by the iconic small wave board that George Downing crafted for Paul Strauch during the 1965 World Contest in Peru, where Paul took 1st place in the small wave event. This board is a collaborative effort between Paul Strauch and Roger Hinds, staying true to the original Downing design while incorporating modern updates to the bottom rocker, nose, tail, and rails. These enhancements allow for effortless turns and maximum tip time, making it the perfect small wave longboard.
Each board is hand-signed and numbered by Paul Strauch, featuring the iconic "HAWAII" team logo on the deck, blending classic heritage with contemporary performance.
