In 2009, Ryan took his dream to the next level by founding Buell Wetsuits. He built his own workshop and revolutionized the industry with private label wetsuits for brands like Volcom, RVCA, Rusty, Reef, and Oakley. Ryan’s designs have made waves not only in the surfing world but also on the big screen, with wetsuits featured in blockbuster movies like The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
